The DES Q CLEAN divisible frame is composed of the well-known DES Q divisible frame and an FDA PC mask, which is secured to the frame by overmolded inserts. Therefore, the system with the grommets installed, it is not just a color difference from traditional solutions, but a device that meets Hygienic design requirements for food machinery.

The lack of sharp edges, screw seats, the easy cleaning and dirt removal makes the DES Q Clean a unique solution. The system allows the use of cables with and without connectors, with diameters from 2 to 35 mm.

Fastening of the grommet strip to the board or panel is done with screws or rivets. Upon request, we supply screws for fastening, again made of stainless steel but with a black geomet finish. Alternatively, you can use the "Snap" quick coupler for greater mounting flexibility.
