Description:
The Long Thread Cable Gland made from brass (copper) material is mainly characterized by its superlong thread. They are available in lengths from 15mm to 50mm (other lengths can be customized), they are designed to meet the installation requirements of different panel thicknesses. It is easy-to-assemble and is used to connect cable to terminal equipment (electrical distribution box) and provide a good strain relief to prevent the cable from pull-out and protect electrical or electronic components inside the equipment from ingress of dust, water, liquid, etc.

M12x1.5, M14x1.5, M16x1.5, M18x1.5, M20x1.5, M22x1.5, M24x1.5, M25x1.5, M27x1.5, M30x1.5, M32x1.5, M36x1.5, M40x1.5, M50x1.5, M63x1.5

Materials:
- Sealing Nut, Locknut & Body are made from brass material
- Plastic Insert are made from polyamide material
- Seal & O-ring are made from NBR or EPDM rubber

Surface: Polishing

Color: Metallic silver

Certifications: CE, ROHS, REACH, IP68, IP69K
Waterproof rating:
IP68 / IP69K (when the cable diameter is within the clamping range and assemble the O-ring)

Thread length: Ultralong thread

Thread type: According to the standard DIN40430 / EN60423

Working temp.: Static: -40 to 100, short-term: 120.  Dynamic: -20 to 80, short-term: 100
