Splitable cable glands
OSF split cable glands from Detasultra are designed for routing pre‑terminated cables through walls and panels without removing the connectors. Both the cable gland body and the grommet are fully openable, enabling quick and tidy installation even on existing systems while preserving cable integrity. OSF uses metric threads M16, M20, M25, M32, M40, M50 and M63 and is particularly suitable for cables equipped with connectors. With SPC and SPL split grommets, up to four connectorized cables can pass through a very small opening. Fast installation is another major advantage: the frame opens, the grommet splits and the cable with connector is inserted effortlessly; closing the assembly takes only a few seconds. This drastically reduces installation and maintenance time in electrical panels and automation systems. In summary, OSF split cable glands offer a modern and versatile solution that combines easy installation with efficient handling of connectorized cables, integrating metric threads, IP54 protection, tool‑free assembly and broad compatibility with modular SPC and SPL grommets. The OSF90 versions, featuring a 90‑degree cable exit, further improve cable ergonomics in tight spaces and protect the bending radius, providing a clean and functional installation.

Compatible Grommets
Fastening of the grommet strip to the board or panel is done with screws or rivets. Upon request, we supply screws for fastening, again made of stainless steel but with a black geomet finish. Alternatively, you can use the "Snap" quick coupler for greater mounting flexibility.
